| Dear Kirsty, I have purchased Two Sukida 125-3 Scooters from the Internet Bike Shop (TIBS)..The first arrived with no problems, but the second was received with scuffing to one panel and a crack on the top of the carrier box...I notified you of this damage including photographs by email, and you promised replacement within 2 - 3 days..I am pleased to inform you that, in spite of a weekend being included in that time, the replacements arrived in three days...this service is excellent and I am suprised and delighted with this positive response!
